I am a Finance leader with experience across Pharmaceutical and FMCG, currently Head of FP&A for France-BeLux, partnering with senior leadership to drive enterprise performance, resource allocation, and value creation. In my current role, I oversee the total P&L for France, Belgium and Luxembourg from revenue to EBIT, reporting into the Cluster CFO, and lead the financial planning agenda across budget, forecast, and monthly performance management in a post spin-off environment. I am recognized for translating complex financials into clear executive choices. My experience includes FP&A, commercial and customer negotiations, working capital improvement, governance and internal controls, internal audit and finance transformation. Having lived and worked in 3 countries and fluent in 3 languages, I bring a global perspective to my work and thrive in diverse environments.
