I didn’t start out calling myself an operations specialist. I started as an executive virtual assistant, figured out pretty quickly that the real problem most executives had wasn’t just a lack of help, “it was a lack of systems” so I built them. Five years later, that’s still what I do. I work closely with CEOs and leadership teams to bring order to the parts of their business that are held together with duct tape, the workflows that break every time a team member leaves. Whether it’s building SOPs from scratch, automating repetitive workflows, managing vendors and logistics, or keeping an executive’s calendar and inbox under control including project managements, and handling the day to day operations, this is where I come in, learn how the business works, and make it work better. I work with Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, Slack and Google Workspace but the tools are always secondary to understanding the actual problem first.
