Transformations work when they outlast the programme. That's what I build for. I help multinationals and large to mid-size companies turn digital and AI ambition into lasting organisational capability. Most of my career has been spent at the intersection of strategy and execution: shaping transformation roadmaps, redesigning operating models, and building the internal conditions for change to sustain itself. At Philips I led a 240 FTE Agile transformation across Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, defining the program, building the team, and embedding new ways of working that outlasted the initiative. At PA Consulting I've led AI adoption programs and digital transformation engagements across financial services, health tech, and consumer brands, including serving as an internal AI champion helping the firm itself advance its AI capability. What I do well: connect the dots across strategy, organisation, and technology; translate complexity into roadmaps people can actually execute; and bring together stakeholders with different agendas around a shared direction. I'm not typically a large-team manager, and I've proven to be most effective running focused, high-impact initiatives with clear accountability and room to build. I'm drawn to organisations where transformation is genuinely strategic, and not a rebranding exercise. The operating model and capability shifts outlasted the programme, which was the real measure of success.
Strategic right hand to the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce SVP, delivering the 2-year digital marketing & e-commerce strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with businesses, markets, and department leadership. Concurrently stepped in to program manage two stalled global marketing programmes (B2B and B2C), delivering both on time with the teams involved. Co-led core workstreams of Philips' global Marketing Transformation across all business regions, as right hand to the CMO. Subsequently designed and stood up the new Digital Marketing & E-Commerce function, creating the organisational foundation for the transformation that followed.
Progressed from Digital Marketing Consultant to Manager within EY's EMEIA Advisory practice, ultimately leading the global Digital Advertising function. In this function I built EY's global digital advertising function from scratch. Moved into client-facing transformation consulting, as part of the EMEIA Digital Advisory CoE. Client work spanned digital strategy, operating model design, and marketing & e-commerce delivery across pharma, luxury, arts, and consumer sectors.
