About

✨ Growing profesionnal experiences at the intersection of public research, territorial public policies and diaspora engagement I have since developed a strong expertise in project coordination, partnership development and the structuring of high-impact collective initiatives. 🔬 I began my career at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS – Centre national de la recherche scientifique), where I managed a portfolio of regional academic partners, supported strategic national calls for projects and facilitated dialogue between universities, research institutions, ministries and local authorities. 🧬 I then joined the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm – Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale), supporting ten research units in the contractual, administrative and partnership management of their projects. 🌿 My experience also includes roles at Synergie Renouvelable (impact investment fund), the Mediterranean Cities and Territories Agency – AViTeM, and the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB), strengthening my expertise in ecological transition, territorial coordination and European programmes. 🌍 Alongside my institutional career, I am deeply involved in youth and diaspora networks. I previously served as President of Juniors pour Madagascar, a network dedicated to youth entrepreneurship. I am now co-founder of SoSciences’KM and an active member of FACT Madagascar (Federation of Malagasy Diaspora Associations and NGOs), YASSA – Youth Alliance for Sustainable Solutions for Africa, and UNACOF – Union of Comorian Associations in France. 🌐 I also serve on the Youth Commission of the FORIM – Forum of Organisations in International Solidarity from Migration Backgrounds, France’s national platform federating more than 700 diaspora-led development organisations. 🎓 I am also a mentor with La Cordée, through the Ambition Service Public programme, supporting young people pursuing careers in the public sector. 🔗 Today, I work at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) as an Interdisciplinary Project Officer, contributing to transversal initiatives that connect disciplines, territories and engaged communities. 🌉 My guiding principle: building bridges, strengthening collective capacities and contributing to meaningful, sustainable development dynamics.

Juniors Pour Madagascar is an association that promotes entrepreneurship and investment in Madagascar. Our mission: “To foster the emergence of a new generation of entrepreneurs” We do this via 3 axes: Inspire - Support - Connect #Inspire. The first battle is waged in people's heads. We bring in key players in the field of entrepreneurship to take part in “talks”, to inspire people to become entrepreneurs, and to break down preconceived ideas about Madagascar. #Support. We give aspiring entrepreneurs the tools they need to make their project a reality. For example, through themed workshops, Startup Weekend or Startup Tour. #Connect. No one succeeds alone, which is why we create links within a community of entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs from France to Madagascar. This is why we organize afterworks and a recruitment forum.
