I am a neuroscientist, PhD researcher, and medical education entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in continuing medical education (CME), physician training, and international healthcare partnerships. As the Founder & CEO of ADN CoE® (ADN Center of Excellence), I lead the development of advanced educational programs designed for physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals worldwide. My work focuses on bridging scientific knowledge, procedural expertise, and clinical practice through innovative educational models. Over the past decade, I have designed, developed, and managed a wide range of educational initiatives including fellowships, observerships, masterclasses, simulation-based training, cadaver-based training, animal laboratory programs, and hospital-integrated clinical education. These programs span multiple specialties, with particular experience in interventional and procedural medicine, including structural heart interventions, interventional cardiology, cardiovascular imaging, interventional radiology, neuromodulation, and other advanced therapeutic disciplines. Alongside my professional work in medical education, I am pursuing doctoral research in Neuroscience. My academic interests focus on neuroimaging, functional MRI (fMRI), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), connectomics, brain network analysis, neuroplasticity, and translational neuroscience. My research aims to better understand brain network reorganization and the application of advanced imaging technologies in neurological disease and neurosurgical interventions. Through ADN CoE®, I collaborate with physicians, hospitals, universities, scientific societies, and healthcare organizations across the globe to create educational ecosystems that support lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and professional development. To plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product (Aortic Valve) training programs for field support personnel and customers, To prepare training materials, develop course content, To maintain communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training, May utilize trainers with technical expertise Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date, To deliver & run Catheter based therapies related trainings in Istanbul, To manage the coordination of the activities of a workgroup or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and employees, Ensure customers & Distributors & Medtronic personnel are technically competent with products, technology and relevant procedures through initial product training and regular refresher training courses, Lead the implementation of a monitoring system through surveys etc, which provide continual assessment of internal and external customer satisfaction with Medtronic Technical Training Programs, To maintain an awareness of the marketplace development needs. This involves working closely with customers and staff to monitor education needs and skills, Participate in conferences/congresses and events, To communicate and liaise with various sales, marketing, country and regional stakeholders in pursuit of “seamless execution” of all Training and Education activities and successful product launches,
Developing main accounts and responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing market share with unique ways to grow business and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges. To communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Implementing strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotions results, responsible for sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers To act as the day to day manager and central point of contact for the partnership, ensuring the strategy is fully implemented and partnership well serviced. Working with the other departments in executing corporate projects and plans to devise a detailed tailored plan that maximises İncome in the short and long term. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the Regional Sales Manager.
