My work focuses on advancing AGI initiatives and delivering next-generation customer experiences powered by Amazon Nova foundational models. With over 7 years of experience in software engineering, I’ve built a strong foundation in developing scalable, impactful products. Prior to Amazon, I worked at Oracle, where I contributed to enterprise-grade software solutions. I’m passionate about shaping the future of AI-driven applications, building products that are both technically robust and customer-centric.

- Worked with one of the largest private banks in Taiwan on the implementation and enhancement of Flexcube Universal Banking Solution(FCUBS) version 14.2 for its multi-country rollout. - Increased efficiency by 91% using shell scripts to automate code deployment, test environments creation, patch deployment, etc.
- Designed and developed HTTP SOAP Webservices to integrate China National Advance Payment System to handle 110,000 transactions per hour. - Led a team of 2 and worked with the director to ensure delivery, planning, and streamlining for the upgrade of core banking infrastructure for two large banks in Taiwan and Canada. - Fixed discrepancies in the core modules such as Funds Transfer, Payments, Letter of Credits, Retail Lending, Interest Calculations, etc., used by around 300 customers in 115 countries. - Automated user’s entitlements inspection reducing manual effort from 96 hours to 15 mins.
