I am a devoted Business Teacher at the most prestigious all girls high school in Grenada. I truly enjoy teaching Principles of Accounts and Office Administration at the CSEC level. Also, I am very passionate about my involvement in the General Office Administration and skills development programme (Commercial Department) that this school offers. - Manage the UNDP ICCAS accounting systems for the efficient processing of payments (Maintaining an updated cashbook, adhering to standard procurement process, tracking invoices, preventing overspending; and providing regular update to UNDP staff) - Supervise the day to day operations of the Community Liaison Officers, Driver and Office Attendant - Liaise with government officials, community groups, vendors and other key stakeholders for the effective implementation of UNDP ICCAS project - Coordinating capacity building training and workshops for staff and key stakeholders Provide backstopping responsibilities for the Project Coordinator and Technical Officer and to represent the UNDP ICCAS team at meetings and other events - Facilitate the production of articles, stories, e-newsletters and other multimedia content; in collaboration with the project team, CLOs and consultants
