Throughout my corporate journey, I have served in executive leadership positions, including Executive Director of Operations at Akij Food & Beverage Ltd., Director of Sales & Marketing at Runner Motors PLC, and leadership roles at Pfizer Labs Bangladesh Ltd. My professional experience spans business strategy, operations management, sales and marketing, organizational leadership, talent development, and business transformation. Today, my mission is to help individuals and organizations unlock their highest potential through personal mentoring, holistic leadership, executive coaching, strategic management, career development, and soft skills training. Alongside my corporate career, I serve as the Director of the South Asian Centre for Media in Development (SACMID) and actively contribute to leadership development, media, education, and human capital advancement. I graduated in English Literature from the University of Dhaka and have dedicated years to the study of Islamic research and comparative religion.
