- Business Development & Product Strategy As a BD Section Manager, my responsibilities include overseeing existing production, product portfolio, and technology while exploring new business areas. To drive growth and expand the portfolio, we lead new projects through contract manufacturing and licensed production. In addition, I am responsible for monitoring feasibility studies arising from new partnership opportunities and managing these projects within the company. - Marketing Intelligence & Customer Experience Together with the Marketing Intelligence team, I lead the Customer Journey study for our core products (Bus: Coach, City, Intercity, Midi). Through customer interviews, we analyze all touchpoints along the journey and map out the product journey. In addition, we conduct Brand Perception and Price Positioning studies through various surveys and carry out in-depth analyses.
It is the development program which The Management Centre Turkey and Sabancı Holding have designed one and half years duration and aimed at fostering young talent. The program consist of five modules including, “Leading Yourself”, “Leading Your Impact”, “Leading Business”, “Leading Relationships” and “Mentorship” to help participants develop well rounded skillset and become effective leaders.
