Recent UCSC graduate with a B.S. in Technology and Information Management, currently working at Amazon as a Data Collection Specialist. Experience in front-end development (AngularJS, React, HTML/CSS/JS), Excel, Salesforce, & managing data collection projects.
Responsible for the provisioning and deployment of campus computers, as well as the installation of applications both in-person and remotely. Also responsible for the disposal of campus electronic waste, securely erasing hard drives and arranging for surplus and disposal according to established procedures. I create and maintain tickets to record detailed activity including: problems encountered, actions taken, and all repair and installations performed. I answer customer inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve end user problems, in-person, remotely and over the phone.
Involves the tedious testing of product to ensure its efficiency as well as its impact on the customers as well as creating the design system for the application via analyzing Angular front-end code. Product testing involved gaining an understanding of AI and areas in which it is strong/weak.
