I started work at Randstad in September 2014 on the Cisco EMEAR Graduate Program. My role consists of screening CV’s and conducting telephone interviews with potential candidates. This was a brand new account for RSR and they were successful in regaining the account for a second year. I was also given the opportunity to flex between two other accounts as a scheduler - PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capgemini. This helped me to understand the business processes and the importance of time management, attention to detail and professionalism when dealing with senior management and agencies.
