In this role, I collaborate closely with clients and sales teams to design and implement AI-driven cybersecurity solutions that address specific client needs and enhance their security posture. My responsibilities include: * Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, guiding clients through the deployment and integration of Darktrace's solutions. * Proof of Value (PoV) Engagements: Lead end-to-end PoV engagements, demonstrating the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world scenarios. * Solution Design & Product Expertise: Develop tailored solution architectures leveraging Darktrace’s portfolio, including Network Detection & Response (NDR), Email Security, Cloud Security, Attack Surface Management (ASM), Proactive Exposure Management (PEM), Operational Technology (OT) Security, DMRAC, and Incident Readiness & Recovery. * Client Collaboration: Work alongside clients to understand their unique challenges and provide expert advice on optimizing their security strategies. * Integration Expertise: Assist in integrating Darktrace solutions with third-party tools such as EDR platforms, vulnerability scanners, ticketing systems, firewalls, and syslog ingestion to enhance security workflows. * Threat Hunting: Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify and mitigate emerging threats, ensuring robust defense mechanisms are in place. * Implementation Support: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure full project rollout and successful implementation of solutions.
