      • Coordinate all Vendors and Third-Party companies access to Facebook locations across the New York Portfolio (over 800k sq. ft.) • Handle all internal access provisioning, badges, IT equipment provisioning and distribution for the Facilities Team and its Vendors. • Handle Culinary Repair and Maintenance duties for Culinary Operations – scheduling vendors, setting up preventative maintenance schedule(s), invoicing, etc. • Maintain multi-million OPEX budget for portion of office maintenance & entirety of Culinary maintenance; with an expectation to be within 3% variance. • Prepare Service & Goods Agreements (SGA’s) and Building Services Agreements (BSA’s) for execution with various service companies. • Utilize Facebook’s internal tasks system to log, track, and triage all items that come in for the Facilities Team. • Streamline office supplies ordering process for regular office usage, and for new floor/office openings (FDOB’s) • Maintain working relationship with property management; holding bi-weekly meetings to review and big-ticket items such as damages, leaks, upcoming inspections, etc. • Coordinate with cross function teams (Security, IT, Mail Room, Events, HR) to address all operational needs. • Serve as Moves Coordinator for the Park Avenue office; which entails maintaining employee locations in Spaceview, working with Space Captains with respect to headcount allotment, arranging weekly moves and large scale restacks (and subsequent updates in Spaceview). • Owning special projects (or space hacks) from end-to-end, including Vendor Walkthrough, proposals, FM & Client Approval, etc. • Created and maintain SOP’s for a various of Facility-related actions items; Vendor Onboarding, Service Call procedures (further broken down by department) etc.
