I am a Management Engineering professional graduated in MSc from Politecnico di Milano. I did my bachelors in Electrical Engineering. After completing my bachelors studies, I started my professional career in Vestas, a renewable energy company. I worked in Vestas for 2 years as a Wind Resource Engineer. Then, the thirst and passion to pursue a management studies in a well known institution was always a dream come wish to me. This made me to take a decision to pursue M.sc in POLIMI. During my studies I started working with Haier Europe as a Junior Production planner under supply chain department. Currently working as a Technical specialist in Beko Europe supporting IKEA key account for compliance, Quality control, New RFQ and sustainability Projects. Since my career has been in both technical and management studies, I have utilized those opportunities in developing my both interpersonal skills as well as analytical skills. Weekly production planning for the suppliers factory located in China, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Egypt by analyzing the monthly and weekly forecast from different markets. Releasing the production plan by taking into consideration of various factors such as Frozen period, Leadtime network, Container loadability, Container saturation and MOQ requirement. Monitoring the shipment booking and making sure that all shipments were fine and delivered on time to the markets, Monthly calculation of supplier KPI's and make sure everything is fine with the suppliers performance. Warehouse stock management by arranging ICT and Stock transfer between markets. Dealing with the diiferent market request and make sure the production is fine and delivered on time. Constant check and monitoring of supplier in terms of KPI's and production.
