Responsible for Port Facility Security, HSE, Quality Control and Operations of a Grain and Fertilizer Marine Terminal. Plan, Execute and control the operational activities including short term and mid-term planning to handle the all type vessels calling at FAP Terminals. Control the quality laboratory to establish loss gain of bulk grain cargoes handled at FAP Terminals. Deliver in-house training to staff on HSE, security and quality. Participate in Initial and final Draft Survey of the vessel to determine the quantity onboard. All processing activities associated with turning the requisition into a purchase order (PO). These include Procurement of materials and third party services, Requesting for Quotes (RFQ), negotiating with suppliers
Operation of process systems utilizing a wide range of control systems and equipment that includes tanks, mixers, heat exchangers, pumps, and transfer systems. Operation of manual and automatic valves, meters, pumps and transfer systems that move product between tanks, process systems and fill sources. Comprehensive understanding of plant policies and procedures. Housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment and clean equipment such as filters, tanks, sumps and other equipment. Complete sampling and basic tests of products. Perform basic maintenance and frequently inspects equipment to detect any unsafe conditions. Follow the work of new experiments, new additions to process units and house systems to assure adherence to safe work practices. Support HR team in interviewing and recruiting candidates.
