I am currently an Assistant Headteacher at Cumberland Community School (London). I also have my own recruitment agency, where I help teachers and schools find the right fit. I was Head of Maths for 4 years, transforming a failing school to an Ofsted Good one with outstanding features. I have worked in a number of Schools in East London, building a vast knowledge of how to teach in various settings. I enjoy developing teachers and helping them get better faster. I have a keen interest in Teaching & Learning, as well as Curriculum and data.
