Perform daily process inspections and enforce SOP/GMP compliance on the floor Control RM receiving as per specs + manage SOP documentation and updates Verify FG quality, labeling, and packaging prior to release Execute branch food safety audits and drive CAPA closure Conduct monthly staff training on hygiene, HACCP, and allergen control Validate cleaning & sanitation through pre-op checks and ATP testing Maintain HACCP logs, MRD, traceability, and NCR documentation Audit 5S, FIFO, and pest control programs across sites Ensure calibration of critical measuring equipment Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions Verify regulatory compliance of product labels and shelf life Monitor QA KPIs and recommend process improvements to reduce defects
