I am a dedicated hospitality professional with hands-on experience in front office operations and hotel reservations. My career began at Sayaji Hotel, Indore, where I worked as an on-the-job trainee in the Front Office Department, gaining a strong foundation in guest relations and daily front desk procedures. I then progressed to Essentia Luxury Hotel, Indore, as a Reservation Associate, where I enhanced my skills in room booking management, guest communication, and coordination with multiple departments. This role allowed me to blend my front office knowledge with core reservation responsibilities, strengthening my overall operational understanding. Currently, worked as a Reservation Assistant at The Orchid Hotel, Pune. Have a very good market knowledge and PR with my client in Hinjewadi, Aundh and baner Area. Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate visits, cold calling, and networking. Manage existing client accounts to maximize repeat business. Promote hotel services such as room bookings, banquet facilities, and corporate packages. Conduct site inspections and hotel presentations for prospective clients. Negotiate and close corporate deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships. Coordinate with the operations and front office teams for smooth guest experiences. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry events.
