Responsible for some of Dynalogic biggest and strategically most important business accounts in the Benelux. Dynalogic wants to be the innovative market leader in the Benelux when it comes to Personalized Logistics and e-commerce solutions. - Progress meetings with Dynalogic business accounts (monthly, QBR, yearly) - Constant optimization, evaluation and reporting of comprehensive logistics and e-commerce processes for existing and new customers - Work out and coordinate improvements to the existing logistics processes
Responsible for the set up and maintain of rates agreements for key accounts in United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands. In addition, optimize work instructions and give training to new and current colleagues for inbound and outbound tariff processes. (Daily communication in English)
