Greater Perth Area
Strategic Project Officer with five years’ experience supporting executive leadership to deliver evidence-informed programs and organisational priorities in the not-for-profit sector. My work spans strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, funding strategy, and program evaluation. I’ve contributed to Zonta House’s growth from a small to medium–large provider through the successful design and tendering of new programs, development of internal frameworks, and delivery of cross-functional projects in collaboration with government and sector partners. Key projects have included co-developing a social impact measurement framework with the Centre for Social Impact, supporting a Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, and coordinating the implementation of a new case management system. Over time, I’ve developed a strong interest in how data, systems thinking, and human-centred design can support strategic decision making and long-term impact. I’m currently preparing to undertake postgraduate study in Data Science to formalise my technical skills and expand my capacity in evaluation, advisory, and systems-level work. I’m driven by a commitment to social equity, human rights, and contributing to thoughtful, outcomes-focused work across the community and public sectors.
