SCOPE: In this role, I directed maintenance and reliability functions for a large manufacturing site, including responsibility for production lines, facility, and equipment. I led the definition and implementation of the capital projects team for the department, I also had direct management of 15 maintenance personnel supporting over 20 production lines over 30 shifts. I led the implementation of TPM in the department to achieve an aggregated 5% improvement.
I led the operations area to weigh and produce all of the bulk powder products for L'Oreal. This was a responsibility for ~20 personnel over 3 shifts. I co-led a task force with our French equipment manufacturers to improve operating efficiency. This was a great experience to begin building my cultural awareness and global abilities. I worked on Preventive Maintenance Optimization methods to build my talents in the reliability area for my equipment.
