With over 30 years of experience in music, live entertainment, and production, Artist Elaine of NL began performing in the early 1990s with Texas symphony orchestras and military drum groups before touring nationally and internationally through festivals and live events, including performances in New York City during the 1996 Lollapalooza era. NL’s background includes work connected with Juilliard, the Earth Peoples UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues focused on human rights and ethnomusicology, as well as performing as a singer and dancer with Spotlight Live times Sq. Her career later expanded into Fashion, film scenic production, props, audio engineering, and touring logistics for theater and entertainment productions, including Broadway youth tours and Papermill Playhouse. Since 2013, Elaine has toured as an artist with Green Father Foundation alongside Heather Henson across the USA while continuing collaborations through Native Lab off and on, there will dates listed on the green feather foundation page. NL is an Indigenous-based contemporary music and creative project centered on culture, community, and artistic expression.
