I have a wealth of functional and general management experience including Divisional Business Unit Director / MD and Commercial leadership roles. Continuing my desire to grow and develop, I have taken the opportunity to lead my businesses Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning, Inclusion and Diversity agenda where I have introduced a Strategic Workforce Plan to shape our future people landscape.
