Owned end-to-end quality assurance for a high-traffic state tourism website redesign, executing comprehensive manual, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate all features and data flows against business requirements. Spearheaded critical data migration validation by designing test strategies to verify the accurate transfer and transformation of legacy user data and reports, comparing UI outputs and CSVs against source systems to ensure 100% data integrity at launch. Acted as the primary QA liaison in Agile sprints, leading weekly alignment meetings with the Product Owner to triage, prioritize, and resolve discrepancies between requirements, development, and test results, directly reducing launch risks.
