I have experience with internships in the insurance industry, making me more familiar with information on insurance on the personal side with retail, and commercial property and casualty in wholesale. Most recently, I have started on the carrier side of insurance working with Professional Liability. I have also received my Property and Casualty License.
•Answer calls to direct customer to needed agent, if agent is busy, a message will be taken. •File each customer's payments, claims, declarations, COI’s, (rewritten) policies, and more. •Send/grab the mail to be examined and put into files or hand to agent of attention. •Aid agents with technical issues with computers, or what the agents are unsure of. •Endorse commission checks to be put in safe, to then be put in the companies account. •Input info, then send certificate of insurance to companies when in need before service.
