Gainesville, Florida, United States
I have garnered a slew of interests as well as experiences in my life. In college I studied Chemistry and dabbled in main coursework in physics as well as chemical engineering. Basically I took the courses that interested me, even if they were not in my core major. In my professional life I have done much the same and found myself 'developing' an interest in software and web development. I have spent the last 6 years honing skills in the main web development languages (HTML, CSS and Javascript) as well as PHP, Timber/Twig (for WordPress) and Vue.js for the backend. I also attended a Software Engineering bootcamp through the University of South Florida which helped open up my mind to other technologies as well as helped frame my mind into how best to use those technologies. This led to me developing my own projects in my personal time, where I have enjoyed learning React and Go/HTMX. I have always enjoyed learning and gaining experience through a hands on approach and tend to pick things up very quickly as a result. In general I look forward to a challenge that I can really sink my teeth into and am constantly looking for new ways to learn more.
