I am a municipal stormwater compliance professional and founder of NPDESTracker, an early-stage SaaS platform designed to help public agencies manage NPDES/MS4 permit compliance, inspections, GIS-linked site records, annual reporting, and audit-ready documentation. My background is in environmental compliance, NPDES permit implementation, geographic information systems, inspection programs, public-sector coordination, and stormwater program development. Through my work with municipal stormwater programs, I have seen firsthand how much time agencies lose to fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected records, manual reporting, and systems that were not built around the actual day-to-day needs of permit staff. NPDESTracker was created to solve that problem. The goal is to build a modern, affordable, permit-centered compliance platform for small and mid-sized municipalities. The platform is being designed to centralize sites, inspections, incidents, activities, attachments, GIS data, annual reporting support, and audit history in one organized system. I am currently leading the product vision, compliance workflow design, user experience strategy, MVP development, and go-to-market planning for NPDESTracker. My focus is creating software that feels simple for field staff, useful for program managers, and defensible for annual reporting and audits. At its core, NPDESTracker is being built around a simple idea: municipal compliance software should make stormwater programs easier to run, easier to document, and easier to defend.
