Since young, I have always strived for excellence in what I do. This was most evident in my sporting activities, captaining my team as well as having represented Singapore at the World Under-24 Ultimate Championships. I am a penultimate student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration. My top 3 qualities would be leadership, cooperation, and communication. Through my Orientation Group Leader and Team Captain experiences, I have displayed cooperation with a team of fellow student leaders and helpers in successfully organising and executing TP Freshmen Orientation Camp. • Liaised with external agencies and ~200 tour guides to implement the Multi-Language Proficiency Test and its assessment process. • Led a team of 5 in analysing existing licensing renewal processes, driving the pilot testing to implement a new digital approach. • Developed content for a webinar for 250 tour guides on domestic tourism traits, reviewing trends and potential growth avenues.
