Senior Instructor Therapist serving children and youth with disabilities within their communities, supporting the acquisition of life skills using applied behavioural analysis. Upholding empathy, creativity, and evidence-based interventions, I utilize my knowledge in behavioural psychology to guide learners to solutions that cater to their individual needs and goals, setting them up for success. My experience is a blend of community mental health support and research development resulting in published abstracts and poster presentations at various conferences. I am pursuing my Master's in Counselling with a specialization in trauma-informed therapy.
- Leading circle of care in the daily support of clients by assisting, improving, and enhancing mental well-being. - Assisting BCBA in creation/upkeep of programs - Translating recorded data from sessions into graphs maintaining a consistent measurement of progress. - Identifying goals and preparing program materials for the team’s sessions.

- Collaborated with 3, separate research teams on the development and presentation of various projects; conducted qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research concerning behaviour & cognition. - Substituted Professor assisting fourth-year students’ development of undergraduate capstones across multiple cohorts in Research Methods course: BBP 477. - Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint Accessibility tools while supporting a professor in creating inclusivity-informed lecture slides while working directly with students with exceptionalities.
- Provided individualized 1:1 ABA intervention to clients of various diagnoses, filling and maintaining detailed notes, monitored client progress through data collection, and used a variety of methods to teach skill acquisition. - Implemented strategies including Mand Training, Natural Environment Training, Discrete Trial Training, etc.
- Directed up to 200 clientele daily: answering call inquiries & appointment control. - Assisted Pharmacists in billing, filling and maintaining availability of prescription. - Adhered to provincial regulatory guidelines completing documentation forms.
