As the CFH-Area Supervisor I am in charge of the housewares, bedding, bath, shoes and childrens departments on the store. I work closely with the CFH-Area Supervisory Manager as well as the differnt team leads to ensure the shelves stay stocked, merchandise sets are completed in a timely and accurate manner and that every customer experiences a pleasant shopping experience. In addition my responsibilities within the department I am also expected to full fill the E3 position for up to 4 hours of my shifts. As E3 I am expected to drive credit, handle customer complaints and assist associates at the position of sales.
As a customer service I ensure that customers have a pleasant and hassle free experience when returning merchandise.
As an intel analyst it was my responsibility to provide command a more complete picture of the battle space by understanding and predicting enemy attacks across multiple enemy networks, understanding the history and motivation of multiple insurgent groups, identifying key terrain features, mapping lines of communication, and creating obstacle overlays. During a one year deployment to Iraq I read, analysed and logged more than 2000 intelligence reports, created over 100 intelligence products, and conducted over 200 shift-change and general briefs. My products were often sought after by Centcom and I earned the Army Commendation Medal for my work in Iraq.
As shoe lead I was responsible for maintaining a clean and stocked department, providing excellent customer service and constructing seasonal sets.
