Responsible for diagnosing and resolving POS, hardware, and network issues while supporting daily operations for 800+ restaurants using Aloha POS. -Configure network and BOH systems -Resolve data discrepancies -Perform database maintenance, system updates, and configuration changes -Train managers and staff on POS usage and operational workflows -Support installations, hardware replacements, and system recoveries
