I Coordinate (administration and planning) and teach/research in the Biological Systems Engineering (BSE) program here at Florida A&M University.
Worked generally to develop reports and models for the Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) program implemented in Florida with the goal of developing the requisite number of TMDLs as outlined in the EPA Consent decree (the due date was 2013).
I Worked in the Residuals Program which had the responsibility of utilizing the digested sludge and grit/screenings from the treatment plants (Deer Island and Nut Island) for landfill and fertilizer. Included was research contracts with University of Massachusetts.
Generally worked in West Africa (Guinea) to look for development possibilities for AFRICARE (a non-governmental organization based in Washington DC). The major project was a Roads Project in Faricariah region (Development for Food).
