I provided support for two schools in the CVSU district at this job. My duties included inventory management, network support, and live technical and A/V support for district and community events using school facilities. I supported over 500 users and devices between two buildings. My inventory consisted mainly of Windows devices and chromeos devices managed locally through Google Admin and Active Directory, as well as various Apple devices managed through Jamf. I managed and maintained my inventory using Asset Tiger, and I triaged repairs and tracked upgrades using the helpdesk system. I assisted in district asset migration from Spiceworks to Mojo, a new helpdesk system where I closed almost 2000 tickets.
