About

Talent Acquisition Lead with a decade of recruitment experience and a hard-won specialism that spans the full AI stack — from fundamental research at world-class institutions to applied AI product teams and the GPU infrastructure and data centres that power it all. My career has been shaped by high-performance, high-stakes environments: Google's EMEA engineering org, the Abu Dhabi research ecosystem at TII and ATRC, the applied AI frontier at AI71, and now Core42 — one of the Gulf's most ambitious AI infrastructure businesses. These aren't just logos. They represent every layer of the AI value chain, and I've hired across all of them. What sets me apart is the breadth. Most AI recruiters know one slice. I've recruited PhD-level AI researchers, LLM and applied ML engineers, GPU programme managers across four countries, and Director-level infrastructure leaders — often simultaneously, and always without dropping the bar.
