I’m a human-centered HR professional with experience supporting complex employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and sensitive organizational changes. In my current role at T-Mobile, I oversee the Severance Program, managing cases with accuracy, confidentiality, and care. I partner cross-functionally with HR Partners, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and HR Systems to support the program, process improvements, reporting, and employee support. I also host Benefits Information Sessions for employees impacted by organizational changes, helping them understand their options during difficult transitions. With strong Workday experience, I support accurate employee data, lifecycle transactions, case triage, reporting needs, and process documentation. I bring a people-first and data-driven approach to my work and am known for staying calm in sensitive situations, translating complex processes into clear guidance, and building trust through strong execution.
Coordination of the onboarding processes of new employees for all Cosentino’s locations. Collect documents and move candidates through the Hiring process. Provide support to candidates experiencing difficulties. Importing all candidates into payroll upon completion of the hiring/onboarding process.
Assist customers in their shopping experience by leading the Front Office team in a way that not only promotes growth for the company, but also results in a team that delivers the service Cosentino customers deserve.
