Led brand and product design at Atlas, helping the YC-backed startup evolve from an early-stage product into a refined , cohesive platform for customer support. • Delivered a refreshed visual system and new marketing landing pages, elevating Atlas into a visually consistent, detail-oriented product. • Designed and launched new products such as Help Center, Outbound, Customer Portal, and Scheduling, doubling the product's capabilities within a year. • Drove design execution for cross-functional campaigns and launches, including Product Hunt and YC Bookface, as well as demo sites, changelog updates, and motion assets like the Discord × Atlas launch video. • Defined the Al experience layer, crafting flows where models assist agents contextually across support tickets, customer history, and knowledge-base data.
