Developing & implementing a programme to embed these & ensure understanding amongst the global team including translation & training. Leading a cross company project reviewing our facilities management globally & how we can ensure aligned ways of working, efficiencies & service improvements. Leading the development & introduction of an auditing system globally, working with all facilities & operational leads to ensure compliance & accuracy. Facilitating a full training programme with the supplier to empower people to maximise the use of the systems.
