At Visual Concepts, I provided quality assurance support for artists, designers, and engineers on NBA 2K23 and 2K24. I also contributed support on WWE 2K23 to help make the character creator experience better.
I joined gamigo to provide support for the development of Atlas Rogues as the sole internal QA tester leading up to its Early Access launch and full release. At the end of 2020 I joined the Trove team at gamigo, and have taken on the responsibility of generating and maintaining test plans for Trove and providing test coverage and live validation support on PC, XBox, and Playstation. I work closely with Trove community members to identify and reproduce issues in the live game, and do my best to advocate for the best player experience I can.
As the first member of the Quality Assurance organization for Vicious Circle, I acted as the Lead Tester for the project and developed the core test plans used by QA through the launch of the game. I also trained and directed new testers as they came onboard, helped conduct regular daily playtests, and worked with our JIRA Administrator to create a streamlined bug workflow for the project.
