Creating technology to improve personal health and healthcare practices is my passion. I enjoy creative writing, chemical engineering, visual design, but as a full-stack software developer I get to be author and architect, artist and engineer. To that end, one project I am working on is a scalable sepsis prediction solution for emergency care facilities. Using my real-time machine learning model and AWS pipelines, an incoming patient's probability of becoming septic can be predicted with 96% accuracy. This information supports treatment decisions before patients are in critical condition. This kind of project can save lives, demonstrating why software innovation is so vital.
