Senior Project Manager in the Atlanta Vertical Transportation office. Responsible for scheduling consultants, reviewing deliverables, managing projected revenues, managing project timelines, managing customer interactions and RFIs.
Project Manager of rental and short-term operation contracts with Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems, Moving Bed Bio Reactors (MBBR), and Dissolved Nitrogen Flotation (DNF) systems. I handle rapid turnaround projects that focus on solving immediate water solutions. I work with customers, 3rd party suppliers and fabrication, and stakeholders to solve immediate problems as quickly as possible. I managed two hurricane relief projects for drinking water restoration in Asheville, NC. Rapidly moved seventeen DAFs, eight Sand Filter Pods, and three bag filters to two different locations and coordinated the piping and pumping requirements and execution. The goal was to rapidly restore drinking water as a federal subcontractor. Completed both projects under budget. As a side duty, manage the maintenance of a fleet of over 120 rental assets.
Planned, coordinated, and managed capital equipment projects ranging from $50k to $12m. Client facing position responsible for stakeholder management, machine configuration, planning, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning in a Strong Matrix project management environment. Strong customer focus resulted in very positive customer feedback. Managed anywhere between 5 and 30 projects depending on business needs, but normally managed around 10 projects concurrently. Projects were all poultry processing machines. Notable projects are three new evisceration lines, two of which were new product launches. Executed projects across the United States and in South America.

Recognized for leading team to achieve 7 individual production records. • Managed production process from initial cutting of material to transfer of finished product to shipping. • Planned and led a Lean Six Sigma team with the goal of reducing the labor-to-completed-materials ratio (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) using black belt data-driven solutions. • Managed production schedule to ensure order completion and produce samples for program management. • Optimized Work-In-Process inventory locations to reduce travel times and increase efficiency. • Led continuous improvement activities by reviewing performance and working collaboratively with product management to improve production process efficiency and resolve any issues. • Worked with engineering to continually review and update processes and procedures to improve efficiency. • Mentored and coached employees to develop their confidence, knowledge, and skills while contributing to individual and team performance goals including 3 employees promoted to leadership roles.
Managed rug distribution center’s shipping department of 45 employees comprising 5 different teams. • Within two months of starting this role, small parcel and LTL recovered from a one-week backlog to being able to send orders the day they were generated at the facility. • Created more efficient staffing plans to accommodate growth and meet current shipping requirements. • Ended role due to COVID-19 related layoff and shutdown.
