For years, I have worked alongside professional coaches, clubs, players, and football organisations, helping leaders navigate the demands of elite performance while developing the character, influence, and leadership capacity required to build environments where people and performance thrive. Today, my focus extends beyond traditional coach education. I am the Creator of The Next Level Coach Mastery Framework™, a leadership system designed to transform how football coaches develop themselves, lead others, and create sustainable high performance cultures. The framework integrates leadership, identity, culture, communication, decision making, mentorship, and continuous development into a practical model that equips coaches to lead with clarity and conviction. My mission is to help shift football’s conversation from simply producing better coaches to developing better leaders. My role is overseeing the professional development of all pathway players within the HBUFC Academy and Elite Men’s squad.
- Oversee annual and monthly planning. - Prepare and carry out training sessions. - Carry out in-depth analysis of both the team and upcoming opposition. - Oversee Individual Performance Enhancement. - Oversee the instilling of a high performance culture in 1st team. - Build strong relationships with all staff at the club to create a positive and inclusive working environment.
