About

I'm a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience spanning project management, executive leadership, and operations management. My career has been defined by transforming organizations through strategic vision, people-first leadership, and systematic improvements. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Avail Pacific, I oversee complex Ministry of Education school property projects, managing everything from new builds to refurbishments. I excel at coordinating diverse stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and educational institutions to deliver successful outcomes within budget and timeline constraints. Previously, I led The Salvation Army's Northland operations as Area Officer, where I directed 50 staff and 100+ volunteers across multiple locations. I'm particularly proud of successfully implementing a people-first workplace culture and piloting an innovative Local Mission Delivery Model that was subsequently adopted organization-wide. My approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. I believe in developing teams that are both high-performing and fulfilled in their work. I'm passionate about creating collaborative environments where diverse groups can achieve shared objectives. I'm always interested in connecting with fellow professionals in project management, organizational leadership, and strategic planning.
