I graduated from Auburn University obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business. I believe in hard work and dedication to a job to see its fulfillment to the very end. Serving in the service has taught me how to be accountable, create a safe and welcoming atmosphere with patients, understand patients, understand a physician’s needs, and working well with colleagues. Also I wish to utilize experience gained as an active duty Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy and through education in Healthcare Administration to improve upon and contribute to patient care and services in a modern hospital environment.
Perform ISSO duties on 4 air-gapped collateral networks managing DCSA RMF EMASS documentation for each system and submitting/updating packages into EMASS for DCSA approval. Provide System Administration duties for four air-gapped collateral networks. Perform ISSO functions in support of four air-gapped collateral systems. Have a current Comptia Security+ certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II along with all required training completed by CDSE for ISSM/ISSO
Perform ISSO duties on 6 classified air-gapped networks consisting of roughly 100 nodes. Manage DSS Certification & Accreditation SSP documentation and compliance for each system; currently in the process of updating to DSS Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation with 2 systems currently under RMF. Have a current Comptia Security+ certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II. Working on completing my Comptia Linux+. Perform various ISSO duties to include Software Review, User Access Review and Approval, Auditing, Anti-Virus Compliance, SCAP and STIG Review and Compliance, and associated paperwork to maintain System Compliance with DSS.
Perform ISSO duties on 4 classified air-gapped networks managing DSS Certification & Accreditation SSP documentation for each system; currently in the process of updating to DSS Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation. Have a current Comptia Security+ certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II. Soon after hire, selected to assist help desk services to set up and guide company personnel in the use of their company assets ranging from cell phones to computer hardware. Assist clients in various computer troubles relating to programs and email. Oversee printing operations — scheduling techs, fixing loaned printers, sending reports on printers, and negotiating contracts with print service companies such as Southeastern Business, Berney Office Solutions, and TLC Group. Purchase all non-government IT hardware — keyboards, touchpads, and infrastructure such as servers and large-scale building uninterruptible power supplies. Monitor all incoming and outgoing IT assets for approximately 730 employees. Assist in multiple IT department projects currently with moving to Office 365, implemented UPS install for core datacenter, office buildouts, and other projects as they arise. Oversee all licensing of IT Department such as Microsoft EA agreement, Red Hat, VMware, Atlassian, Adobe, Sophos, and Mathworks.
