• Developed Tableau dashboards used by Value Chain Optimization (VCO) team to save time and streamline processes • Created data visualizations which compared suppliers and included code and functionalities to determine an optimal supplier to work with or an ideal component of an Aldi product to optimize with the goal of saving costs on the receiving end
• Managed intake of data from over 200 suppliers to organize and clean data for further use. The data received was of varying sizes ranging from hundreds to hundreds of thousands different part numbers. This data was raw and needed to be clean. Helped to clean this data which resulted in keeping the company on schedule as new data arrived each day. • Used Python skills to modernize data management process by developing a desktop application. Created a desktop application to streamline process of organizing data. This tedious, by hand process was now completed with a few clicks. This application saved valuable worktime Application was built using Pandas along with a simple GUI interface to create useful output for a variety of data types.
