Studied Interior Design & Architecture Level 5 & 6 in Blacklock Further Education Institute. As apart of the curriculum we we're given mandatory work experience where I worked along side Eily Roe Interiors & Timbercraft German Kitchens. I have also studied Furniture Design and Making as well as Musical Instrument Making and Repair in Dun Laoghaire Further Education Institute.

Supported senior design consultants during client appointments, contributing to the development of kitchen concepts tailored to individual needs and preferences. Organized and maintained material samples, categorizing them efficiently by name and colour to streamline the design process and improve team workflow. Built strong rapport with clients, enhancing the design experience through clear communication and an intuitive understanding of their vision. Played a key role in bridging creative ideas with practical design solutions, helping clients visualize their dream kitchens with confidence. Proactively taught myself to use the company’s advanced kitchen design software—an application typically requiring formal training from experienced consultants—demonstrating strong self-motivation and a quick learning ability. Collaborated with Eily on a variety of design projects across Co. Wicklow and Co. Dublin, supporting the conceptualization and execution of unique interior designs. Provided creative input and inspiration to clients who were struggling to visualize their desired concepts, offering ideas and examples that helped bring their visions to life. Leveraged technology to assist clients by sourcing online examples of furniture and design elements, enhancing their understanding of potential design choices for their spaces. Coordinated with suppliers to source flooring materials for a project in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, ensuring the client’s preferences were met in a timely and efficient manner. Participated in on-site visits to discuss design concepts with clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and providing professional insights to guide the project forward. Accompanied Eily to multiple building sites, including a site in Gorey, Co. Wexford, to assist in client consultations and refine concepts for a cottage renovation project.
For work experience I got the golden opportunity to work with Timbercraft German Kitchens. They allowed me to use their software to understand it and what it does for the company. I also got to listen in to meetings with clients and shadow the design consultant.
Provided first-line technical support to BT customers, assisting with broadband, telephone, and television service issues across the UK. Delivered clear and empathetic communication over phone, text, and email, ensuring a smooth and reassuring customer experience. Diagnosed faults remotely and coordinated engineer call-outs for both localized and area-wide service disruptions. Successfully managed escalations, including arranging technical support for remote locations such as the Shetland Islands, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. Maintained accurate case notes and followed up to ensure resolution, contributing to improved service delivery and customer retention.
