I work with Bluebeam’s global customers to help them maximise the value of the platform across their teams and projects. My focus is on evolving Bluebeam from a tool used in isolated teams into an enterprise-wide solution that enhances collaboration, accelerates project delivery, and reduces organisational risk. I partner with leadership, IT, and project teams to replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable digital workflows. This includes helping organisations standardise how Bluebeam is used across regions, disciplines, and project types by establishing consistent workflows, templates, and best practices that improve quality, reduce rework, and enable seamless collaboration. I also support customers in integrating Bluebeam into their broader technology ecosystems, ensuring it aligns with existing project management, document control, and construction platforms. By aligning people, process, and technology, I help customers move from ad-hoc usage to enterprise-level adoption, delivering measurable outcomes such as faster project delivery, better information flow, and stronger project governance.
