I am an undergraduate student majoring in Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech and am someone who thrives on leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving and is always up for a challenge. Throughout the past few years of my life, I have been involved in many experiences that allowed me to develop my strengths and soft skills. For instance, my journey as a junior novice coach for my rowing team, I have put my communication skills to good use, as the job required me to give advice and critique on rowing technique that is comprehensible to the rowers themselves. Further, when I was an overseas English teacher, I strengthened my collaboration skills, as I worked with my colleagues to solve problems within the curriculum to ensure the best education possible for the children. Growing up, I have always had an interest in urban infrastructure and systems, such as buildings and transportation, and how they function. I aspire to get my hands on the field as my future profession, and I am excited to acquire and enhance my technical skills so that I can further my understanding of these interests and passions I have.
