I am a research scientist specializing in immunology, dedicated to public health through the development of innovative cellular therapies. Since April 2022, I have been working as a research scientist at Invectys in Paris, where I focus on producing and optimizing immunotherapeutic products that target tumor antigens. In my role, I manage resources to ensure that studies are conducted according to current quality standards, while performing experiments involving in vitro cellular models and various molecular biology techniques. I completed my PhD in Immunology at the University of Bordeaux in 2021, where my thesis explored the role of murine gamma delta T cells in the immune response against cytomegalovirus. I have gained substantial experience in designing and conducting experiments in cellular and molecular biology, including work with murine models, flow cytometry, PCR, and sequencing analyses. In addition to my scientific expertise, I excel in project management and scientific writing. I am known for my strong communication and teamwork skills. I am certified in rodent surgery, animal experimentation. I have co-authored several scientific publications in prestigious journals, with a focus on T cells and cancer therapies. Beyond my scientific work, I am also committed to social causes, managing a charity association that provides support to the homeless.
Develop and validate new animal models for Immunology projects including related literature search Harvest and prepare biological samples from mice (blood and tissues such as kidney, lymph nodes, skin) Conduct and help interpreting studies in mice to understand immune pathway and characterize therapeutic agents in the area of Immunology Responsible for the efficient planning, detailed analysis and accurate documentation of experiments Solid and demonstrable bench level experience in the development, validation and implementation of cellular and/or immunological assays. Establish and perform cell culture assays. Hands-on expertise in methodologies, reagents and instruments used for cell lines, primary cell cultures, flow cytometry, ELISA and cytokine analyses, functional assays. Practical knowledge in data analysis using standard software (Excel, GraphPad, Flow cytometry dedicated software).
