I partner with leaders and organizations at the intersection of AI and transformation: the technology, the people, and the reality of what is actually changing. I'm currently Chief People Officer at HGP Tech, an AI-native startup, where I'm building the human architecture of an AI-first company in real time. Not theorizing about the future of work, but living inside it. Alongside that, I run Abundant Strategies, my own practice, which I founded after two decades inside and alongside some of the largest tech organizations in the world: Google, Meta, NASA, Shell, Splunk. From consultant to VP. Two seven-figure practices, built from scratch. What I kept seeing was the same gap. Brilliant technology decisions made without understanding the human systems they land in, and brilliant people leaders making decisions without understanding the technology reshaping their world. I work in that gap. The work happens at three levels. For individuals: executive coaching and AI coaching for leaders. For teams: development and AI-fluency training tailored to your industry and workflows. For organizations: workforce strategy, organizational design, and custom AI systems built from the business problem, not the technology. My PhD research focuses on human-AI collaboration, gender equity, and how bias moves from human HR systems into automated decision-making. That research shapes everything I build. Ethics, bias awareness, and human oversight are designed into the work, not added after. Some problems need a partner, not a playbook.
