Head of Retail (UK & Ireland; US; Japan) (Report to CEO) - 250 people; 19 stores in UK and US; 24 stores in Japan – 13 direct reports Head the store operations, drive the sales, manage the team, achieve excellence in customer service, process and procedures, facilitate communication between stores and all other departments, brand ambassador internally and externally in line with the strategy and brand values. Work closely with the CEO on Retail strategy Facilitate cross departments strategy and stores follow through by working very closely with PR & Marketing, Web, VM, Finance, HR, Production, Creative teams Set up budget; targets and re-forecast; Responsible for the P&L: Budget overheads and cost control; margins. Monitor KPIs and feedback to the stores Set up Business reviews quarterly and set follow up action plans In charge of store organization & back of house Implement procedures and process. Work on Budget and open to buy; Feedback on product performance and customers expectations; Work on the buy with the merchandising team Team management; recruitment and salaries; setting and delivering trainings; team coaching & development Customer service management; operational marketing and customers acquisition; customer data base and follow up Support new stores opening & hosting stores relation management • In charge of all contractors and Health & Safety.
